This policy serves as the default Refund and Returns Policy for all purchases made on Silvpure.com. However, if a vendor has their own refund, shipping, or cancellation/return/exchange policy listed in their store, that policy will take precedence and override this default policy.
1. Unique Nature of Our Products
Silver products sold on Silvpure.com may be new, used, handcrafted, or machine-made. Handcrafted items may have slight variations or natural imperfections, which add to their uniqueness and authenticity.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Please review your order before completing your purchase.
- Customized or personalized products are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Due to the unique nature of silver products, we recommend reviewing the product description and vendor policies carefully before purchasing.
4. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
- Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged or defective during transit.
- Customers must notify us within 1 business day of delivery.
- An unboxing video is required for damage verification. Send it to support@silvpure.com or via Live Chat.
- Once verified, a refund or credit voucher will be issued within 7–14 business days at Silvpure’s discretion.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by the vendor.
5. Vendor-Specific Policies
Each vendor may set their own refund, shipping, and return policies, which are displayed on their store page. If a vendor’s policy conflicts with this default policy, the vendor’s policy will apply. Please review the vendor’s store terms before completing your purchase.

If a vendor does not provide their own:

- Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
Then the following Override Policy Fields will apply by default to that vendor’s store:
- Shipping Policy – Orders will be shipped within the timeframe stated on the product listing or within 7 business days, whichever is earlier. Tracking details will be provided once available. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
- Refund Policy – Refunds will only be issued for products that arrive damaged or defective, subject to verification (including an unboxing video) within 1 business day of delivery.
- Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy – Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Customized or personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
