Welcome to Silvpure.com – a trusted online marketplace dedicated to connecting customers with vendors offering authentic 925 sterling silver products.

These Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Silvpure.com (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and vendors (“Vendor,” “you”) who list, sell, or distribute products on our Platform. By registering as a vendor or listing products on Silvpure.com, you agree to comply with these Terms, which ensure product authenticity, marketplace transparency, and a seamless customer experience. These Terms also protect Silvpure.com from liability arising from vendor actions or disputes.

1. Vendor Eligibility & Responsibilities

Authenticity of Products

  • Vendors must sell only 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver) products.
  • Selling counterfeit or impure silver products is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, frozen funds, and possible legal action under Texas and U.S. law.

Product Standards

  • Accurate Weight: All product listings must display precise weight measurements.
  • 925 Marking: Product images must clearly show the “925” hallmark or authenticity mark.
  • Proof of Authenticity: Vendors selling used silver items are strongly encouraged to upload certificates, receipts, or supporting documentation to build trust.
  • Non-925 products or misrepresentation will result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Fair Market Pricing

  • Vendors must list products at fair market value.
  • Premium pricing must be justified (e.g., rarity, craftsmanship) if requested by Silvpure administrators.

Vendor Accountability

Vendors are fully responsible for:

  • Product shipping and handling.
  • Returns and exchanges in compliance with their store policies.
  • Providing accurate store-specific refund and shipping policies.

Note: If a vendor does not define their own policies, Silvpure’s default Refund & Shipping Policies will apply.

Prohibited Activities

  • Listing fake or non-925 silver products.
  • Misrepresenting weight, authenticity, or quality.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities or falsifying documentation.
  • Violating local, state, or federal laws (including Texas and U.S. trade laws).

Consequences of Non-Compliance

  • Immediate fund freeze.
  • Account suspension or permanent termination.
  • Legal action and financial claims for damages.
  • Indemnification: Vendors must indemnify Silvpure.com from all related claims or liabilities.

2. Platform Role & Liability

  • Silvpure.com operates solely as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and vendors.
  • We are not responsible for product ownership, quality, or shipping fulfillment.
  • We are not liable for disputes between vendors and customers, including refunds or defective items.

No Warranty: Silvpure.com does not provide any product warranties. Vendors must clearly state any warranties in their store policies.

3. Product Listings & Descriptions

  • All listings must have accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and visible “925” hallmark proof.
  • Used products should include authenticity proof where available.
  • Vendors must comply with all consumer protection and trade laws in Texas and the United States.
  • Customized silver products are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Vendors must ensure customers confirm all details before purchase.

4. Orders, Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • Customized items are final sale and non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

  • No returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged in transit or defective.
  • Customers must contact the vendor and Silvpure.com within 1 business day of delivery with an unboxing video for verification.
  • If verified, refunds or store credits will be issued within 7–14 business days.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated by the vendor.

Vendor-Specific Policies

Vendors may create their own return and shipping policies. If a vendor’s policy conflicts with Silvpure’s default policy, the vendor’s policy will take precedence.

5. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution

  • Vendors must comply with all U.S. federal, state (Texas), and local trade laws.
  • Any disputes between vendors and customers must be resolved directly between the parties.
  • For legal disputes involving Silvpure.com, Texas law applies, and jurisdiction lies in Travis County, Texas.
  • Vendors agree to indemnify Silvpure.com for all legal costs arising from vendor misconduct or non-compliance.

6. Termination of Vendor Account

  • Silvpure.com may suspend or terminate accounts for:
    • Violating these Terms.
    • Selling counterfeit or non-925 silver products.
    • Fraudulent or deceptive business practices.
    • Failing to resolve customer disputes promptly.
  • Funds may be frozen during investigations, and vendors remain liable for damages.

7. Amendments

Silvpure.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Vendors are responsible for reviewing them periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
